Belgian Scholarship Program
Under the cooperation program with Vietnam, the Belgian government wants to support the Government of Vietnam in poverty reduction and sustainable development. Belgian Bilateral Scholarships (BBS) make up an important part of this cooperation program to contribute to the long-term and stable development of Vietnam.
Belgian Bilateral Scholarships are granted through the Directorate General for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid (DGD) under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation, for young Vietnamese cadres wishing to study. Master courses at universities in the Kingdom of Belgium to acquire new knowledge and expertise to contribute to the development of the country. This scholarship program is managed and implemented by the Belgian Embassy in Hanoi and the Belgian Development Agency (BTC).
